The Logan County Office of Emergency Management is able to provide protective personal equipment to assist Logan County businesses, organizations and groups comply with Colorado Public Health Order guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic. This program is being provided through the Cares Act and will be ongoing as needed, depending on available inventory.

Once you pick your day and time the items will be available on the day selected for pickup. Submitting this form will act as your confirmation. *
