Den & Dare Kids Challenge
Interested in giving your kids an exciting indoor challenge course experience right here in the heart of Colombo city?
Challenge courses are great cross training workouts for children and teenagers as it enhances balance, coordination, agility, strength and teaches them how to tackle difficulties, obstacles and challenges with confidence. These are life skills that can be transferred to their academic, sports, extra-curricular activities and future careers. The Great Outdoors (TGO) and Workout.lk invites all progressive parents to bring along their kids to inspire and push their boundaries in physical fitness, and dare to take healthy risks in life!

Date: Sunday 13th October 2019
Time: 4.30 - 6.00 PM
Location: Den and Dare, "Brookside", 374 Leslie Ranagala Mawatha (formerly Serpentine Road), Colombo 08
Entrance: Rs. 1,500 (payable on event day)
Age range: 7 to 19 years
Notes:    
- No prior experience necessary.
- Safety first! Personal protective equipment will be provided by The Great Outdoors team with trained & experienced facilitators in attendance.
- Healthy refreshments will be served to you.
