In your registration e-mail, you will have received links to the documents and forms that need to be filled out for this season's registration. Please have these forms completed for your first practice at the pool, and/or scan and e-mail them back to the SBSC Registrar at dustin@lindensmith.com. NB: Prior to the club's first monthly withdrawal for your swimmer, you will also receive a separate e-mail from the club to confirm your swimmer's fees for the season. If you have any questions about fees or payment policies, please include them in the last question of this form.
