Interested in healthier ways to cook?

Learn how to prepare a quick, nutritious, flavorful meal that will contribute to your good health as part of Middletown Wellness Month!
  The library welcomes Jeanette Nessett on Monday, March 4th at 5:30pm for this free healthy food demo.  Jeanette is a registered dietitian nutritionist and a community outreach specialist with the Lifespan Community Health Institute.

This is a fun and informative program for all ages.
