1. 申請人必須提供其個人資料及課程所需資料，否則青年會專業書院 (下稱「本校」) 將不能有效處理其申請。
It is necessary for applicants to provide their personal data and the information requested in the application documents to YMCA College of Careers (“the College”) for considerations.

2. 此課程申請的成功申請人，將會獲發取錄信函或暫取信函。
If your application is successful, you will receive a direct offer letter or conditional offer letter from the College.

3. 如此課程因收生人數不足或其他原因取消，申請人可獲退款或安排入讀其他課程，惟申請人須符合該課程的最低入學要求及視乎學額而定。
If the programme you are admitted is subsequently cancelled due to insufficient enrolment or other unforeseeable reasons, registration fee that you have paid will be refunded to you, or you may be considered for admission to another programme, subject to the minimum entrance requirements and the availability of places in that programme.
