Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Info Session
The UMD Fellows Program will be hosting the CIA Careers Information Session!

The session will be conducted by Nawana H, where she will share tips about characteristics they seek in candidates, the application process, and what it is like to work for the Agency!

The CIA is the premier agency responsible for providing global intelligence on the ever-changing political, social, economic, technological and military environment. They preempt threats and further US national security objectives by collecting intelligence that matters, producing objective all-source analysis, conducting effective covert  operations, and safeguarding the secrets that help keep our Nation safe. The agency hires individuals from a wide variety of academic and professional backgrounds to serve in roles both in the US and overseas.

Intended Audience:
- All years, ALL majors, are welcome!  If you are a sophomore, this is a great time to think about the process of applying to the CIA (and possible fellowships along the way)!
- Please note that since only US Citizens are eligible to pursue employment in the intelligence community, attendance will be restricted to US Citizens.
