The League City Lions Club is excited to announce the return of the 68th Annual Village Fair to be held on October 4th & 5th in 2024. We will be bringing back the crowd favorite carnival and offering a variety of musical acts, performances, shopping opportunities, games, and an IBCA State Championship BBQ Cookoff. Please fill out the short form below to confirm your participation. Our team of volunteers will send invoices via paypal and more detailed instructions about event logistics in the coming weeks. Thank you for your continued support of Lions Club Charities! Your involvement in this fun event allows our club to give thousands of dollars of scholarships and aid to local community members in need. Our motto - we serve.

- Vendors will receive free admission to the Village Fair

- Tent, Table, and Chairs are provided for front entrance vendors only, unless stated otherwise

IBCA State Championship BBQ Team ($300 entry fee + $200 for any additional spots)

Front Entrance Commercial Vendor ($750 entry fee)

Midway Area Commercial Vendor ($500 entry fee)

Food Vendor ($250 entry fee)

General Non-Food Vendors / Crafts & Goods ($100 entry fee)

Non-Profit Vendors / no sales allowed (FREE entry)

If a BBQ Team, would you like to purchase additional space? Note that this is a State Championship event and will likely fill up quickly. If so, how many? $200 each. Additional spaces are not additional entries. If you would like to sign up multiple teams, please fill out separate registration forms.
