Throughout the school year Salem teams will spotlight a Salem K-12 educator who has positively impacted your life.  The educator will be recognized through Salem High School’s social media platform and during select home games.  Ideally, a different teacher will be highlighted for each regularly scheduled game.  Team members should submit this form nominating the educators they would like to recognize this year.  Nominations may be submitted for any educator who is a member of the Salem City School Division and may include elementary, middle, and high school educators.  You may nominate as many educators as possible and therefore submit more than one nomination.  Please submit a different form for each nomination.
