برنامج YESS - Young Empowered Secondary Students  هو برنامج دعم اكاديمي ومهاراتي للطلاب في طرابلس وجوارها الذين أتموا صف الحادي عشربنجاح و انتقلوا الى صف الثاني عشر.

من اهداف البرنامج:
- تقديم الدعم الاكاديمي عبر أربع دورات تقوية في المواد العلمية الاساسية: مدرسة صيفية مكثفة وباقي الدورات تقام خلال فترة الاعطال السنوية (مدة الدورة الواحدة ٧ أيام)
- متابعة أكاديمية مع استاذة متخصصين خلال السنة
-دعم وتقوية في اللغة الانجليزية
- أساسيات في تكنولوجيا المعلومات
- تقديم دعم في المهارات الحياتية وغيرها من النشاطات.
- كيفية اعداد مشاريع تنظيم المجتمعي في الأزمات لتعلم كيفية التعامل مع عوائق للحصول على التعليم العالي (الشهادات الجامعية).
- توجيه أكاديمي: مخيم تدريبي للتحضير للدراسات الجامعية والمسارات المهنية.

YESS is an academic support and skill development program for students in and around Tripoli – Lebanon who have successfully moved to Grade Twelve.

The program aims to:

1 - Provide academic support by offering 4 intensive Bootcamps  in scientific subjects during the periods of official breaks:
- Summer Intensive School (3 weeks long)
- Winter School (7 days long)
- Spring School (7 days long)
- Pre-Baccalaureate Revision. (7 days long)
2 - Provide academic follow-up with teachers during the year.
3 - Offer strengthening courses in English, IT basics…
4 - Provide support in a variety of activities.
5 - How to prepare community-based projects in crises to learn how to deal with the obstacles that face students in higher education (university degrees).
6 - Academic Orientation: A Bootcamp to prepare the students for university studies, majors, and career paths.
7 - Direct Pathways into Scholarships
