The ARLIS/NA 52nd Annual Conference Planning Advisory Committee (CPAC) is excited to invite attendees to contribute in various ways, from assisting at the hospitality/registration desk to helping with tours, workshops, and special events.

If you are interested in volunteering for a shift or two, please fill out the form below. An email will follow closer to the conference confirming scheduled times and providing more details.

Hospitality/Registration Desk Tuesday-Friday

Staff the Registration Desk; hand out conference badges; greet and assist attendees and answer directional and informational questions. 2 hour shifts between 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please mark dates/times you are available. We will follow-up with more information and to confirm the schedule closer to the conference.

New and International Members Welcome - Tuesday, April 2nd at 5:00pm (at hotel, 4:30-6:30pm)

Welcome Reception- Tuesday, April 2nd at 6:30 pm (walking attendees to August Wilson African American Cultural Center)

Convocation - Thursday, April 4th at 4:30pm (at hotel, volunteer shift 4-6pm)

Convocation Reception - Thursday, April 4th at 6:30pm (at at hotel assisting with bus loading, volunteer shift 6-8pm)
