We connect multicultural young adults to therapy that is accessible, affordable and aligned. MyMenta's commitment is to move mental health equity forward, grounded in faith, hope and community.

MyMenta will offer therapists that are budget-friendly and culturally-competent. Therapy can be expensive and when you can’t pay, you don’t get mental help. That’s where MyMenta comes in. MyMenta's vision is to encourage you to tell your testimony and raise money for therapy, meet with a therapist and connect you to an inclusive community that will support your journey to mental freedom.
