- Organize 1 preseason softball clinic
- Communicate rules and schedules to team managers prior to season start
- Communicate any changes that may be necessary (rain outs, rescheduled games)
- Communicate with SDC to make sure the softball fields are reserved for the season.
- Organize softball social (picnic) at the end of the softball season.
- Share communication and informational media about softball season with GSG.
- Provide updates to the GSG Vice President once per month. Share pictures/news with the PR Chair
- Carry out duties listed under GSG Bylaws Section VII.C.
