Please tell us about the loan you need funded! Please advise we require the following:

a.  $999 processing fee to Conduit Capital (We will send an invoice.)
b.  Lender's Policy (I will provide the lender name & amount.)
c.  To be named as an additional insured AND loss payee on your policy (I will provide the lender name.)
d.  For the borrower to have the mortgage recorded, which includes paying for the recording fees. When the loan is being repaid, we require the borrower to pay for the mortgage release creation along with the recording fees.
e. We require a draw schedule for the rehab funds. You’ll receive one draw at closing, and future draws after pictures of rehab progress have been submitted.
