Please complete and submit this form by December 22, 2023. E-transfer payment in the amount of $1000 to tournament.ormha@gmail.com for your registration to be considered, noting your team name in the e-transfer description.

All teams will be required to provide their official team roster (including affiliated players where applicable) and travel permit (for teams outside HEO district) when registering and on arrival. If possible, please forward an electronic copy of these documents ahead of time to tournament.ormha@gmail.com.

All teams must register in the appropriate division. If your association does not have an A team in house, you must register in the A division, even if your team is a B team. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to us prior to registration.

We will be hosting 80 teams this year. 32 teams will be in the A divisions and 48 teams will be in the B divisions.
