GRCB Summer Sessions will be held at Berklee College of Music's Fordham Road Facility located at: 25 Fordham Road, Allston, MA 02134.

GRCB will be holding two sessions of our summer programming:

Session 1: Monday- Saturday July 15-20, 2019
Session 2: Monday-Saturday August 5-10, 2019

GRCB will be holding two sessions of our summer programming for youth ages 8-17! We are committed to creating an inclusive environment that supports and welcomes a wide range of marginalized gender identities and expressions. We welcome girls, trans, and gender nonconforming youth.

*Applicants must commit to the entire Monday-Saturday schedule and are required to be at GRCB all hours, all days, including Saturday.*
*Applicants MUST be between the ages of 8-17 during the session*

The Monday-Friday portion runs from 8:30AM-5:30PM. Drop off begins at 8:30AM and pick up begins at 5:30PM.
The showcase takes place on Saturday afternoon and runs approximately two and a half hours. Youth must arrive at least an hour and a half before the show begins. Typically this showcase time commitment is 11:30AM-3:00PM.

Tuition:
Full tuition has been set at $375 for GRCB 2019 Summer Sessions. Full and partial financial aid is available.                                    

Financial Aid:
Financial Aid is available to anyone who applies. GRCB does not consider an applicant's financial situation when deciding admission, therefore applying for financial aid will neither increase nor decrease your chances of getting into a program. We strive to grant all requests for assistance in full and supply sufficient aid to meet each families need. We encourage families to ask for assistance if needed. Please fill out the Financial Aid Application included in this application if you require aid.

Girls Rock Campaign Boston will NOT be providing breakfast or lunches during the week. We will provide snacks throughout the day. If your child needs breakfast lunch provided, please contact Nora at nora@girlsrockbosotn.org prior to the session.

If you applied in 2018 but were wait-listed due to lack of space, you will be given priority if we receive your completed application before April 10, 2019. Please be sure to indicate this status on you application below.

Girls Rock Campaign Boston is a not-for-profit organization with a mission to empower girls to believe in themselves by providing a supportive community that fosters self-expression, confidence, and collaboration through music education and performance. While we are continuing to grow our programming and community each year, we are at an organizational capacity in holding two summer sessions and may be unable to accommodate the number of applications that we receive. If our spaces are full, you will be placed on a waiting list. While we cannot guarantee that spaces will become available, we will alert you to any developments on your application status.

Please know that we are making an effort to accommodate all who apply but we still cannot guarantee acceptance. There are limited spaces available for each age and instrument group and we cannot exceed our capacity.  

Please note: Applicants are in no way accepted or wait-listed based on personal content in the applications. Our process is solely based on the date the application was received and spaces available per age group.

The GRCB Summer 2019 application process has TWO STEPS. Both steps MUST be completed before your application will be considered.

Step 1. The program application (and optional financial aid application)
Step 2. A non-refundable $20 application fee (fee may be waived)*
*You may pay your application fee via pay pal or by mailing Girls Rock Boston a check. You will find a link and address for Step 2 at the end of this application. Application fee may be waived, please indicate need for a fee waiver in the application below.

While we cannot guarantee that spaces will become available, we will alert you to any developments in your application status.
