Reasonable Steps Health Log for Vaccination Exceptions

From March 12, 2022, until the end of the school year, any staff member that has an exception on file related to the state vaccine mandate must demonstrate some level of additional protection of themselves, their students and colleagues to be able to remain on campus. This daily health screening is on the ways that staff can accomplish that task and continue to serve the students and community.

To be able to work on campus today, staff must be able to answer NO to all daily health screening questions below.
