We are pleased to inform you that we now have an Online System for University Clearance.

https://universityclearance.su.edu.ph/

The following below need not apply for University Clearance because they have already been encoded in the system. You only need to track the progress of your Clearance using the tracking number provided in your email:

1. Graduates of School year 2019-21 & 2020-21
2. SBE (ECH, SUES, JHS, SHS) graduates & completers
3. Those who previously requested for clearance in the former online request google form

You still need to email the concern units, departments or colleges if you see remarks that require you to comply.
