SHS Planetarium Field Trip Request Form 
Southampton High School is happy to host field trips to our Shinnecock Multimedia Planetarium during the 2023-2024 school year. Field trips are open to students in and outside of Southampton Union Free School District, community groups, and more. Each trip is limited to a maximum of 65 total participants. 

Field Trips to the SHS Shinnecock Multimedia Planetarium can be scheduled any school day from 9:40 AM - 11:00 AM or outside of school hours based on the availability of Mr. John Walsh, Planetarium Manager. The cost of the field trip experience is $5.00 per person (There is no cost for Southampton Union Free students or for outside adult chaperones supervising field trip students). Payment for Planetarium Field Trips can be in the form of cash or checks made payable to Southampton Union Free School District and must be dropped off at the SHS Main Office before the event begins.
