    I wrote The Power of Exposure because I believe that often times access to information is limited based on where you are from and who you know. I am passionate about human beings working on themselves to becoming their best version. Based on my success and the many great mentors I’ve interviewed success, I believe this can be replicated for everyone.
    I believe my life experiences has allowed me to serve as a liaison between two worlds to allow both of these worlds to understand one another but more importantly build a relationship between them so that mentors and mentees can thrive.

You will love this book if you are looking to explore new ways to enhance your career or looking to better serve as mentor or mentee. The many outstanding mentors I interviewed, in my opinion, are doing an amazing job creating a diverse equitable and inclusive work force, college/university, and or pipeline of exposure through mentorships. In my book, I share a portion of their narrative as well as some of their most successful career-related DEI strategies.
