You DO NOT need to complete a separate form for each child taking lessons!

Following this Summer Term registration, we will by trying out and hopefully moving to an online program called My Music Staff, which I hope will simplify the scheduling, billing, and communication through the studio.  Thank you for your patience as we make this shift and please let me know if you have any trouble!

Essential Dates:
- Spring Term concludes on Sunday, 6/12
- Summer Term open registration begins Monday, 5/30 and concludes Saturday, 6/11
- Summer Term begins Tuesday, 6/14 and will conclude Saturday, 9/3 (12 weeks total)
- The Term tuition is due no later than Friday, Saturday, 6/18.  Lessons will not be finalized on the schedule until tuition is received.  Families with an outstanding balance from the previous term tuition, must satisfy this balance before new lessons will be scheduled.
- If paying in half-terms, the second half-term tuition is due by Saturday, July 16.

Skip Days
- Mr. Drew will be teaching at the Leesburg Chamber Music Camp from June 20-24, so there will be a limited lesson schedule this week.
- Mr. Drew will be teaching at the Capital Sound Strings Festival from Sunday, 6/26-Wednesday, 6/29, so no lessons will be available 6/26, 6/28, or 6/29.  Depending on the finalized schedule, afternoon/evening lessons may be possible.
- Intensive week is currently scheduled for Monday, 8/15-Saturday, 8/20.  Some families have indicated this conflicts with the start of the school year.  Please indicate if this week works for you later in this registration form!

Recitals:
- Spring Studio Recital - Sunday, 6/19 at 3:30 PM
- Summer Studio Recital - Sunday, 8/28 at 3:30 PM

Notes about scheduling:
- Thank you all for your patience during Spring Term with my class schedule at fire school.  I realize this complicated the schedule and truly appreciate your flexibility and support.
- There are a number of new families hoping to join the studio!  Please complete your registration and submit your tuition payment as early as you can I can secure lesson times for current students and hopefully welcome some new students as well!
- Please understand that it is essential to offer each student who requests a recurring lesson time one meeting each week before granting other students second or third recurring times.
- Completing this form does NOT guarantee the lesson time(s) you request, but every possible effort will be made to accommodate all requests.  The studio schedule is very full, so your flexibility and understanding are greatly appreciated!
