Complete this form to request a graduate application fee waiver. Only complete and submitted applications (awaiting payment) for a graduate engineering program will be considered. Requests that are submitted for an incomplete and unsubmitted application will be rejected. Unofficial copies of transcripts and/or test scores are used for admission consideration; final and official copies are not required to submit.

After submitting a request, please allow up to five business days for review and processing. If no payment is waived after this time, the request will have been denied. Due to the large volume of requests received, duplicate requests are not accepted.
