Gold & Bloom: A la Carte Service Questionnaire
I am overjoyed that you've chosen Gold & Bloom, and I'm excited to put together an a la carte order for your wedding florals. Remember, a la carte orders are for pickup at my home studio (30066) the morning of your wedding. This service type is perfect for anyone who is keeping things simple with their wedding florals. What is your floral color palette? *
Provide the link to your Pinterest board if you have one. Make sure it is public so I can view it. If you don't have a board, you can email me photos of inspiration if you wish!
How many bridesmaids bouquets will you need? *
How many boutonnieres will you need total? (including the groom, groomsmen, fathers, etc) *
How many WRIST corsages will you need for mothers or grandmothers?

If you have a flower girl in your wedding, what would you like for her? (We can do petals, baskets with petals, greenery halos, floral and greenery halos, tiny bouquets, etc)
BRIDAL BOUQUET: I will design a signature Gold & Bloom bouquet just for you! With that said, let me know if you have any special requests for design details (trailing greenery, small in size, only white flowers, etc). You can also include a photo of inspiration if you'd like! 
CEREMONY: Since this is a pickup order, we are unable to provide arch florals. We are able to provide floral arrangements in vases to be placed on pillars. These can then be moved to the reception by a family member. 
Candles: For a la carte clients, we can offer simplistic clear glass filled votives. We usually do 4 on each guest round table. Would you like for us to provide votive candles for you? (These don't need to be returned to us)
Reception: Will you need any budvases of flowers or small floral arrangements for guest tables? If so, let me know how many you'd like for me to include in the initial quote. We can always add more later!
