Maine Central Institute is working on Fall 2020 reopening plans. Using the CDC, state, and federal guidelines, we are developing plans that reduce the potential spread of COVID-19. As of today, schools will be open to in-person instruction for our students beginning September 1, 2020.
Three potential models for reopening schools are a traditional in-person schedule, a hybrid model of in-person and remote learning, and fully remote learning. Regardless of the model we choose to open school, MCI will provide remote learning options for students who are immune-compromised or have underlying conditions that increase their vulnerability to COVID-19.
This survey is for planning purposes only. A separate survey with our reopening plan will be sent in August that will allow you to commit to in-person, hybrid, or remote learning for the fall semester.
Your responses to this survey will help inform our planning for the fall. This survey should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
