Our proposed agenda for Tuesday 18th to Friday 21st June is listed below and more updates will follow every few weeks as the meeting approaches:
    Tuesday 18th June
    All Day:  Arrivals
    Evening: Welcome drinks and dinner hosted by Pan Pacific

    Wednesday 19th June
    Morning: GHA Board Meeting. At leisure for others
    Afternoon: 20th Anniversary Press Event which everyone is encouraged to join. We will also arrange individual interviews with Japanese media upon request
    Evening:  GHA 2024 Awards Dinner

    Thursday 20th June
    All Day:  CEO Meeting Day One
    All Day: Excursions for partners
    Evening: Tokyo Local Experience

    Friday 21st June
    Morning:  CEO Meeting Day Two
    Closing Lunch
    Afternoon: Excursions/ Departures
    Evening: Izakaya Dinner

    Saturday 22nd June
    Lunch & Afternoon: England vs Japan Rugby Game
    Evening onwards: Departures

    GHA will provide airport transfers for everyone to and from both of Tokyo's International Airports. Haneda Airport is more convenient for accessing central Tokyo (approx. 30 minutes), while Narita Airport offers more flight options, but requires a longer transfer (approx. 1.5 hours).
