Run for Grace Liability Waiver
In exchange for your participation in running events and activities organized by Run for Grace Inc., you agree to the following:

Physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury, heart attack and even death. You are urged to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before participating in any exercise activity. You agree that if you engage in any physical exercise or activity, you do so entirely at your own risk. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks of injury, illness or death.

This release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries which may occur as a result of: (a) your participation in any activity and (b) supervision or training recommendations by Run for Grace and/or its affiliates.

You acknowledge that you have carefully read this “waiver and release” and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You expressly agree to release and discharge Run for Grace Inc., its affiliates, volunteers and assignees from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you, your heirs, successors, administrators, representatives and assignees may otherwise have to bring a legal action against Run for Grace Inc. and its affiliates for personal injury or property damage.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

Please be aware that by your participation in running events and activities organized by Run for Grace Inc., you consent to your voice, name and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to billboards, websites, flyers and social media for promotional, advertising, or other purposes, and you release Run for Grace Inc., its affiliates, volunteers and assignees from any liability whatsoever of any nature.

If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from.
