All students who attend Casebrook Intermediate require parental permission to access digital devices and access our internet,

This online form enables parents to share device information for safety and use at school, as well as read through the expectations of our students when working on devices and in digital environments. This requires reading together with parent and child both signing an agreement around appropriate and safe conduct at our school.

We do this every year so please ensure it is completed even if your child is in the same class with the same teacher as a Year 8 student.

Parts 1- 3 are about Device and Internet use at Casebrook: *(these are COMPULSORY for all students)

Part 4 is to log mobile phones coming to school: *(this is compulsory for all mobile phones coming to school)

Part 5 is for BYOD (Chromebooks, laptops etc):  *(this is compulsory for any student wishing to use a personal device on the school network)

Part 6 is for student & parent acceptance of our user agreement : *(this is COMPULSORY for all students and a parent/caregiver to complete)

Part 7 is a school closure readiness section so we can best support our students and community with devices if we were partly closed or fully closed due to Covid etc
