This event will follow OSA's rules for a safer space, which can be found on OSA's website or
here. Attending this event means you agree to abide by these rules, as well as these ones outlined below:
- People's experiences with racism and racist systems are not up for discussion.
- Check yourself. Reflect on your behavior and your privilege.
- Give space to others. Use respectful language and remember how diverse a group of people can be. Respect everyone’s physical space and integrity. There is zero tolerance for all forms of harassment at the University of Helsinki.
- Apologize if needed. We are all humans and make mistakes. If you hurt someone unintentionally, then apologize. If you are being called out, take it respectfully and reflect what you could have done differently. If you are calling someone out, do so respectfully and based on the action or content, do not be hurtful towards a person.
- Do not bring up hurtful or discriminatory content without checking if everyone involved is okay with that.
We look forward to seeing you all!
