All Bookings are provisional and non-binding until the agreement has been signed off by both parties.

Woolpit Cricket Club will quote prices (via email) in response to this booking form accordingly and will ask for email confirmation to agree the booking prices.

Upon completion of the Agreement, all and any payments set out in the agreement will become due and payable in accordance with payment terms agreed between both parties.

Woolpit Cricket Club reserve the right to decline any booking requests that are unsuitable for the clubs schedule/usage.

Woolpit Cricket Club reserve the right to cancel any confirmed bookings as sees fit, this will be communicated at the earliest convenience. If any alterations need to be made, Woolpit Cricket Club reserve the right to charge for additional services/facilities. Payment/refunds will be discussed via email.
