You are invited to be part of a research study that plans to answer how conservative Jewish adults residing in North Central Florida view abortion. If you agree to be part of this study, you will complete the following questions, answering to the best of your ability. The survey will take about 15-20 minutes. Participating in this study is completely voluntary. Even if you agree to participate, you may change your mind and stop at any time. You may also choose to not answer a question for any reason. Answering questions about abortion may elicit a negative emotional response for certain people. You can choose not to answer a question, utilize a hotline provided for you, or you may stop at any time. If I plan to publish the results of this study, it will not include any information that would identify you or your family members.  

There are some reasons why people other than the researchers may need to see information you provided as part of the study. This might include the Alachua County School District’s Institutional Review Board (IRB), which is responsible for making sure the research is done safely and properly. Also, if you tell us something that makes us believe that you or others have been or may be physically harmed, we may report that information to the appropriate agencies.

We may use or share your research information for future research studies. If we share your information with other researchers, it will be de-identified, which means that it will not contain your name or other information that can directly identify you.
