Conference registration includes full access to all conference speakers and concurrent sessions, including the Town Hall Meeting with Chancellor Dr. David Doré; all meals and refreshments, including the Awards Banquet Dinner on Thursday evening; vendor expo; numerous networking opportunities along with all physical conference materials.

*Refunds will be granted up to 30 days prior to the start of the conference, less the $25 VCCA membership fee. Any online registration refund issued will be minus the online transaction fees. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the start of the conference will not receive a refund. Substitutions are permitted if the original conference attendee is unable to attend. August 19, 2024 is the deadline date to cancel and request a refund.
