  • These trainings are usually 90-minute instructional sessions; any hands-on support or follow-up is separately scheduled directly with a member of the Accessibility Resources Team.ย
  • Note: previously advertised dates that are no longer on our list are already full, ย the deadline for registration has passed.ย

  • To ensure that people are using similar looking and similarly-equipped versions of the the Microsoft Office/Microsoft Word software, we expect that you are using Office 365 on a personal computer. On a UNLV-bar-coded computer, we request that you have your computer's installation of Office/Word be up to the recommended/current version installed by UNLV: Office 2019. If you are using something older than 2019 or 365, you may have some accessibility-supported features but you will see different menu items and different menu arrangements.ย
  • If you wish to update/upgrade your setup(s), please visit these pages: UNLV Microsoft Office, UNLV Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
  • Please allow adequate time for scheduling/installation processes to proceed (i.e at least three business days for an UNLV computer). Please also note that web-browser or app-based tools do not necessarily have the accessibility tools required/necessary.ย

Thank you for completing the Intermediate/Advanced Accessibility Training Registration
Before you send/close this online form, please note these points:
  • There will not be an automated confirmation. When you are presented with a Google calendar invitation after an Accessibility Resources Team member processes your registration, that invitation will serve as your confirmation.
  • The focus of these trainings is on the most current versions of Microsoft Wordย or PowerPoint (2019 or 365) and of Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.
