Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer at HelloPrenup, you will work on an exciting mission with a highly collaborative team and a relatable product. As a vital member of our growing company, you will work closely with leaders and members of other specialties (including our CTO, CEO, CMO, and Customer Success). You will work hands-on in the building of products that directly serve users, attorneys, and internal teams as we continue to scale our product offerings and partnerships.

• Develop secure and performant web applications using a variety of engineering languages and tools.
• Work with the smartest software engineering tools on the market across generative artificial intelligence, document generation, and low/no code.
• Build beautiful, responsive user interfaces that leverage our Figma mockups and follow our brand Style Guide.
• Work directly with HelloPrenup’s leadership team to prioritize tasks and provide time estimates for software development.
• Communicate with team members using Slack (instant messaging), Zoom (for video conferencing), and Notion (for task/project management.)

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Bubble.io experience (low code / visual programming language)
• 3+ years of experience building front-end interactions with JavaScript and backend APIs leveraging Node.js / Express.
• Experience and opinions on the future of legal technology, generative AI, and software architecture.
• Deep understanding and appreciation for software engineering principles.
• Experience connecting with 3rd party API / systems.
• The ability to learn and take on challenging problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
