Join us this Saturday, January 29, at 5pm for a Virtual Rum Tasting Masterclass via Zoom with Captain Ulysse Jouanneaud, Rum Specialist and Bar Owner of Buccaneers (Asia's 50 Best Bars) !

For this first tasting event of 2022, we will explore the world of craft rum with 6 different styles of Rum paired with selected food bites including chocolates, fruits and nuts.
We will also make a great Mojito with the original recipe from Cuba under the directions of Captain Ulysse as we will receive all the ingredients for it.

To make this tasting experience even more special, we invite you to try the delicious Chocolate Chip Banana Pudding of M Bakery to be paired with our selection of fine rums.

As for the rum selection, we will enjoy 30ml samples of each:

Spiced Rum
Stolen Gold (37.5% ABV)

Spanish Style Rum
Dos Maderas 5+5 Triple Aged Rum (40% ABV)

English Style Rum
Doorly’s 5yrs (40% ABV)

Brazilian Cachaça
Sagatiba Pura (40% ABV)

French Style Rum
Clairin Vaval  (51.1% ABV)

Jamaican High Ester Rum
Rum Fire by Hampden  (63% ABV)

As for the food bites, we will enjoy 58% Dark Chocolate, Salted Pistachio, Mango, Pineapple, Chocolate Covered Strawberry and Chocolate Covered Almond.

The Mojito cocktail kit includes Fresh Mint, Fresh Lime, White Rum, Sugar Syrup and Club Soda.

The tasting kit for the 6 rum samples (30ml each), snack and mojito ingredients is P1,800 / pers (including delivery within Metro Manila and virtual presentation).
The delicious Chocolate Chip Banana Pudding (12oz) has layers of vanilla pudding, vanilla wafers, fresh bananas plus chocolate chips and is optional at P400 / cup.
