XTERRA Deuces Wild After Dark Race Application
The inaugural XTERRA Deuces Wild After Dark Race will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at approximately 7:30PM.  This historic event will be the first night time off-road triathlon in the history of the sport and because this has never been attempted, we are taking extra precautions.  Unlike our other races, you must apply for this race and if you meet our criteria you will be allowed to enter the race. The field will be extremely limited and only a chosen group will be allowed to toe the line come dusk in the White Mountains of Arizona.  Although this is an XTERRA race it will NOT be eligible for XTERRA points.

The race distances will be approximately: 750m swim, 8 mile bike, 2.5 mile run

In order to be considered for this race you must meet the following criteria:
1) You MUST have competed in the XTERRA Deuces Wild Triathlon in the past with a finish time under 2:45.
2) You MUST have competed in at least one night time mountain bike and/or run race.
3) Professional athletes may request an exemption to #1 above.
4) If selected, you MUST be willing to register and pay the $75 registration fee for this race.
