There are many ways that you can participate to inspire the next generation of female engineers, no matter the amount of time you can dedicate to SWE Outreach. The key initiatives we have are hosting monthly virtual events for months where colleges/universities are in session, setting up a 1 on 1 mentoring program for high schoolers, hosting biannual Women in STEM Day events, and presenting at schools that invite us to engage with their students.
