GUIDELINES
Hello and welcome to the Infinity Space Exploration (ISX) payload submission form. Please read and follow the guidelines that have been given at the bottom to ensure that no mistake will happen when we integrate your payload to our launch vehicle.

1. Please don't hesitate to launch your payload as fast as possible. We will try our best to give you and other customers the greatest quality service.
2. Please do not add a uniform resource locator (URL) that is outside of the Simplerockets 2 website.
3. Please use the two rows' bottom colour palette as in (diagram 1) to ensure that your payload will not accidentally be coloured into a different colour when we integrate your payload.
4. Payload that is lower or equal to 500 kg will be automatically redirected to our Rideshare program.
5. Your payload must be lower than 3 m wide and 5 m tall in order to fit inside our fairing.
6. Payload to LEO (185 km - 35,000 km) is capped at 5,000 kg.
7. Eagle maximum capacity is 15,000 kg to a 500 x 500 km orbit, standardized to 5,000 kg for maximum performance in order to reach the remaining parts of the LEO. For payload exciding the standardized capacity and to be placed at an altitude lower than 500 km can be contact us directly via our Discord server.
8. SSO and Polar launches please redirect to our Rideshare program.
