Please fill out Meal choices for each day of the week. You will still need to grab your milk & water each day if you want them.
If you will not need a lunch on any day, please select appropriate box.
If something changes and you will not be in school or getting lunch on a day you have ordered one please call 508-763-8011 ext.114 or email me at candrade@oldoclony.us before 6:30 on the day it is scheduled. If a breakfast that is ordered is not picked up by the end of breakfast services a $2.00 charge will be applied towards your account.
