Agreement and Release
Every entry shall constitute an agreement and affirmation that the person making it, along with the owner, lessee, trainer, manager, agent, coach, driver, rider, and the horse: (1) shall be subject to the rules of the WNE_PHA and the local rules of the show; (2) that every horse, rider, and/or driver is eligible as entered;(3) that the owner and any of his representatives are bound by the Rules of the WNE-PHA, and the show will accept as final the decision of the hearing committee on any question arising under said rules and agree to hold the show, the WNE-PHA, their officials, directors and employees harmless for any action taken; (4) that the owner, rider, driver and any of their agents or representatives agree to hold the WNE-PHA, the show, and their officials, directors, employees and agents harmless for any injury or loss suffered during or in connection with the show, whether or not such injury or loss resulted, directly or indirectly, from the negligent acts or omissions of said officials, directors, employees or agents of the WNE-PHA, or show. Management reserves the right to decline or refuse any entry without being liable for compensation, and eliminate from further competition any exhibitor or horse should the best interest of the show be served.

Submitting this form indicates that I have read and understood and accept this agreement which shall take effect as a sealed instrument. (PLEASE NOTE: Additional Signatures, including parent and guardian signatures may be needed on the day of the show.)

SHOW RULES AND REGULATIONS
SHOW RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Please NO Dogs on the show grounds.
2. Division entry fees will not be refunded after the start of the first class in the division.  All scratches must be made directly with the Show Secretary.
3. Each exhibitor, trainer and owner/agent must fill out and sign an official entry blank before numbers will be issued.
4. Management reserves the right to charge double the entry fee to anyone showing in a class they have not entered prior to the start of the class.
5. Numbers will not be released without a signed entry and open check/valid credit card information.
6. A processing fee of $25.00 will be charged on all checks returned by the bank for any reason.
7. All riders must wear protective headgear while riding anywhere on the show grounds.
8. All entries will be accepted with the understanding that the management will not be responsible for any accident, which may occur to any rider, driver, groom, attendants or equipment at the show.
9. The management reserves the right to decline any entry and return the entry fee without being liable for compensation.
10. The Show Committee reserves the right to cancel/combine any event that has less than 3 entries.
11. The Officials listed have agreed to officiate. The Show Committee reserves the right to vary these names if unforeseen circumstances require it.
12.  All horses must have proof of a negative coggins test.
13.  Every class offered herein is covered by the rules and specifications in the current WNE-PHA, NEHC and MHC rule books and will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith USEF rules.
14.  Entry forms for a horse/rider combination must be submitted by 7:00 pm two days prior to the horse show.
15.  Show Point values are as follows: 1st=7 pts, 2nd= 5 pts, 3rd=4pts, 4th= 3pts, 5th=2 pts, 6th=1pt.

ENTRY FEES
Office & Schooling Fee $15.00 per horse/rider combination
WNE-PHA Fee $ 2.00 all entries

Classes - $25 each (exceptions below)
WNE-PHA MEDAL Classes - $30 each
Leadline - $15.00 per rider (no office fee)

Entries MUST BE RECEIVED prior to 7PM the FRIDAY prior to the show.

Riders may also have stall, coaching and/or horse use fees.
