In preparation for a possible return to Hybrid Onsite instruction for the Winter Trimester, please complete this transportation form for each of your children who attend Pacific Ridge Elementary.

Our guidance from the Oregon Health Authority and Oregon Department of Education requires our school to establish and maintain stable cohorts (A cohort is a group of students & staff who come in contact with each other within a day or week). Each cohort must have a system to ensure contact tracing can be completed and daily individual student cohort logs are required.

In Hybrid/Onsite instruction, students will attend in A/B cohorts. Our A/B cohorts will be divided by the alphabet: Last Names A-L will be assigned to the "A" cohort. Last names M-Z will be in the "B" cohort.  The "A" cohort will attend onsite on Mondays & Tuesdays from 8:00AM-2:30PM and the "B" cohort will attend onsite on Thursdays & Fridays from 8:00AM-2:30PM. On the days students are not onsite they will have assignments posted in Seesaw.
If your child is working within a small community pod of other students, please let us know. We will do our best to have students in these pods attending onsite on the same days.

In order to maintain stable cohorts, students riding the bus to school and/or home from school will only be allowed one destination. Example: The same place a student is picked up in the morning is where the bus will take them in the afternoon.

Para prepararnos para el posible regreso durante el trimestre invernal a un modelo de instrucción híbrido, favor de completar esta form de transportación para cada estudiante que atiende Pacific Ridge Elementary.

Bajo la dirección del la autoridad de salud de Oregon y el departamento de educación de Oregon se require que nuestra escuela establezca y mantenga grupos estables (Estos grupos se componen de estudiantes y personal que están en contacto durante el día o la semana). Cada grupo debe tener un sistema que asegura que se pueda trazar el contacto y se requiere que se complete un registro diario para cada estudiante.

Los estudiantes asistirán en grupos A o B. Los grupos A y B se dividirán por el alfabeto: El grupo "A" será en mayor parte los estudiantes con apellidos A a L. El grupo "B" sera en mayor parte los estudiantes con apellidos M a Z. El grupo "A" asistirá a clases los lunes y martes de 8:00am a 2:30pm y el grupo "B" asistirá a clases los jueves y viernes de 8:00am a 2:30pm. Los días que los estudiantes no están en la escuela tendrán asignaciones que hacer en Seesaw. Si su estudiante ha estado trabajando con un grupo de niños en la comunidad, favor de dejarnos saber. Haremos lo posible para que estos estudiantes asistan los mismos días a la escuela.

Para poder mantener grupos estables, solo se perimetria una parada para los estudiantes que usan el autobus para ir a la escuela y/o a la casa. Ejemplo: El lugar donde el estudiante es recogido en la mañana es el mismo lugar donde lo(a) deja el autobus en la tarde.
