The Special Education Parent Advisory Committee of SOMA (SEPAC SOMA) Executive Board* is looking for your feedback on your experiences in the 2022-2023 School Year.

IMPORTANT: If you have more than one child who receives services (IEP, I&RS, 504 Plan), please fill out a separate form for each child.
