KENTUCKY CHANGERS offers more than just a week long mission trip; we want to provide tools and training that equip your students for a lifetime of missional living. Participants engage in construction projects, times of worship and reflection designed to help them encounter and respond to God.

Click link below for the Permission Slip.  This slip needs to be printed and completed once for each student for EACH off-campus activity.  This form must be NOTARIZED PRIOR TO the event.
