This application is for the Prairie Hawks Preschool (PHP) programs located within College Community School District. Please note the PHP is a first-come, first-serve program.  
Preschool Programs are offered within College Community Schools ECC, Prairie Hill, Prairie Crest, Prairie Heights, Prairie View, Prairie Ridge, and Cedar Valley Townhomes.
After completion of this application, the ECC Office will send you enrollment information in the spring.  A valid physical, up to date immunization certificate and Birth Certificate will be required.  These can be dropped off at the ECC building, scanned to jennalanghurst@crprairie.org or faxed at 319-848-5288.
