Training Grounds is in search of Employer Partners who are interested in hiring vetted and trained jobseekers who have successfully completed our Training Grounds to Work Workforce Development Program. This intensive 36-hour
professional
development program has equipped participants with certifications in Flagger, OSHA 10, and ServeSafe Food Handlers.
Employers can engage our participants by either:
Interviewing candidates
for current and/or upcoming opportunities within their company
Participating as a Guest Speaker
to share insights around workplace conditions, insights & expectations and career progression opportunities that exist within their career field.
