       Please apply for the QR code with "HDC" mark by logging on the website of https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/. Passengers are required to fill in their information, declare their health status and upload the test certificates and other documents as required, which will then be reviewed by the Chinese Embassy/Consulates in the U.S.. Upon approval, passengers will receive QR codes with "HDC" marks, which can be used for boarding the flights.
