12,500L$ for up to 4 people in the Serenity Seas Private Island Suite;
15,000L$ for up to 6 people in the Seaside Paradise Private Island Suite
♥ 5 Nights on our Private Island Suite for you and your guest(s). (Up to 4 people.)
♥ Breakfast, lunch & Dinner each day of your stay (self service on the private island, room service also available for MyStory requested stays.)
♥ Two Full Service, Roleplay meals of your choice during your stay (can be breakfast, lunch, or dinner scheduling/dining and they can be at the suite or any of our other venues.)
♥ One Full Service, THEMED Roleplay Dinner during your stay (Theme Choices: 50's Diner, Gatsby, Under the Sea, Hawaiian Luau, Back to the 80's, Outer Space, or Paris Romance.)
♥ Personal DJ Playing your requests & dedications OR your set playlist (if provided at least 24 hours prior to scheduled day/time) for 2 hours, this can be during one of your dinners, after a dinner or on any other day/time scheduled.

**No advance booking required, can be requested for immediate reservation if the suite is not already reserved. DJ services can be added for 1200L$ per hour extra.

Please ensure that you read the below Rules & Policies regarding our Vacation services & understand them fully before filling out and submitting this form. Rules & Policies:
- Check-In Time: 1PM SLT Unless a specific time is requested.
- Check-Out Time: Same time as check in on the specified check-out day.
- NO Refunds. We began reserving staff, and telling other potential clients no to requested days that overlap, therefore because of this we do not allow refunds once a booking payment has been made. You can reschedule for another day/time as long as it is not already taken by someone else. Rescheduled days/times must be within 60 days from the original booking.
- The Private Island Suite & any services requested on this form are NOT guaranteed held until full payment is made. To reserve your booking, you MUST pay either the full balance OR a down payment of 5000L$ (whichever is least).
- The full booking cost MUST be paid within 4 days of your arrival day to avoid your reservation being cancelled.
- NO CHILD AVATARS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PRIVATE ISLAND SUITE - UNLESS this is cleared with management prior and the "Family Friendly" Island Suite is requested. The "Family Friendly" vacation suite has no Adult furniture, and none is allowed to be placed on the private island during your stay. Any violation of this will result in immediate removal from the Sim and banning from future use of Eclipse Inc. services & properties.
- NO CHILD AVATARS ARE ALLOWED ON THE DEVIANT BEACH. The Private Island Suite is located on the beach, however it is parceled and can be adjusted for family friendly vacation stays, but while staying on the private island suite, there is absolutely to be NO wandering of child avatars off of the private island onto the beach area. A HUD will be provided that will give family friendly areas on the Sim. Any other locations are forbidden.
- ONLY parties listed on this booking form are allowed access to the Private Island Suite & the vacation activities booked.
- If you are 15 minutes + late for any of the activities booked, Eclipse Inc. reserves the right to cancel the activity/service & request it be rescheduled for another time. This may also result in a reschedule fee being charged.
- Any items placed during your stay on the Private Island Suite must be picked up prior to your check out time. Items left on the island will be "returned" once the check-out time has lapsed. Eclipse Inc. is NOT responsible for any items lost due to "returns". It is the responsibility of guests to ensure that they pick up all of their items placed prior their booked time lapsing.
- While we do not mind adding small decor for your special occasion or celebration, we do have restrictions on this. We will add signage (Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Will You Marry Me?, etc.), some balloons, a cake, and rose petals or some light sparkles at no additional cost - up to 50 prims. ANYTHING requested over this will require a fee that will be based on prim amount & time required to set it up. While we have enjoyed adding special decorations to our services at no additional cost, unfortunately this has been taken advantage of by some and has resulted in full custom venue requests being built for free. We will no longer accommodate these custom build requests without an additional fee added to the package cost.
