The 16th AFF Annual Gathering is being held in Launceston, over the weekend of the 13th to 15th of October.

Please read carefully and answer all questions. 

If bringing a partner, you will need to fill the form in twice, so for them we suggest listing your username with a '+1 (unless they have their own username) depending on the number of extras and providing their correct first name to differentiate you from them. 

As for last year, an administration fee of $5 per person has been added this year to cover incidentals like name tags, dinner place tags and cover any shortfalls that might arise. 

Following submission of the form, you will be expected to transfer your payment to the nominated bank account before your attendance is confirmed. This will be listed on submission of the form. Certain events may have a cap on numbers, so your place will only be registered in the order the money hits the account. However, as the Tulip tour is very limited in numbers, an early indication of ‘Platinum’ status on the relevant thread will also be taken into account.

IMPORTANT: Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin fly into Launceston Airport. It’s at least a 15-minute drive from the airport to the CBD. You may be able to arrive LST Saturday morning on JetStar if you are going on the wine tour, but it’s not recommended for the Tulip tour. Our capacity to wait if your flight or drive is delayed will be very limited. Both tours leave from Launceston CBD in directions away from the airport.

IMPORTANT 2: There is an area below to note any dietary requirements you may have, this will be important to fill in for Saturday events, so the venues can best cater to your needs. HOWEVER we cannot guarantee that your preferences will be adhered to and it is YOUR responsibility to double check at the venue.

IMPORTANT 3: Cancellation must be advised by 1 September, so organisers are not left out of pocket. Cancellations on or before this date will be refunded in full. Afterward this date you will need to find someone to take over your booking and communicate this to the organisers.
