Female Athlete Volunteers (FAV) is a San Diego based teen organization connecting female athletes with volunteer opportunities to support their local community.  Our goal is to develop young women to become active leaders and have fun along the way!   Our organization supports more than 270 young women in grades 7th through 12th.  If you are interested in becoming a member please fill out the form below and we will include you in our consideration for the 2025/2026 season. New members are invited each year BY NAME AND INVITATION ONLY. Priority is given to grades 10th and under.
