Terms & Conditions
Fees Lesson fees are currently set at £35 per hour (£17.50 for half an hour) and are subject to annual review. An increase in fees will be made with at least 2 month's notice. Payment Lessons must be paid for either up front via bank transfer (details can be obtained by contacting Becci directly) or by cash/card on the day of the lesson. Cancellations/Missed Lessons 24 hours notice must be given if you wish to cancel a singing lesson otherwise the full amount of the lesson will still be owed. Failure to pay in this instance will result in you being unable to book any further lessons in with Becci and removal from her timetable/waiting list. Premises/times Lessons currently take place at the Salvation Army Citadel in Norwich on Monday and Friday afternoons/evenings as well as at her home in Carbrooke on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Online lessons are also available upon request on Tuesdays/Wednesdays and Thursdays. Waiting List arrangements When you sign up to the waiting list, you will be emailed along with all other members on the list whenever a cancellation comes up. This can be a one off occurrence or a regular slot that needs to be filled. The slot is then given out on a first come, first serve basis. Becci is a member of the musicians union and holds public liability insurance with them. She is also part of the DBS update service.
