Coastal Sound's SOURCES Song Play Registration Form - Fall 2023 Term
Please use this form to register for SOURCES in the Fall 2023 Term.  SOURCES is Coastal Sound's song-play group for children in Kindergarten & Grade 1.   Any exceptions to be approved by the Artistic Director & Music Director.  Weekly Rehearsals are 45 minutes and we are offering 2 classes:  Class 1 will run from 4:30 to 5:15 pm and Class 2 will run from 5:30 to 6:15 pm at Blakeburn Elementary School (1040 Riverside Drive, Port Coquitlam) beginning September 19th 2023.

We will be splitting the Season up into 3 Terms for the 2023-2024 season.  Each term will be 8 weeks. The tuition fees for each Term will be $105.

Rehearsal Dates for Fall 2023 Term:
  1. Tuesday September 19th 
  2. Tuesday September 26th 
  3. Tuesday October 10th 
  4. Tuesday October 17th
  5. Tuesday October 24th
  6. Tuesday November 14th
  7. Tuesday November 21st
  8. Tuesday November 28th - final performance for families in the Blakeburn gym
* no classes scheduled on Oct 3, Oct 31, Nov 7

Please note that your address, phone number, email address, and any other information you provide are held in strict confidence. Registration is a two part process:

1. Please register using this form to secure your spot.
2. Payment is a second, separate process. Registration/Tuition Fees can be paid at anytime but are due no later than the second week of each term (Sept 26th). Fees can be paid by E-Transfer to "diana@coastalsoundmusic.com", Cheque written to "CSMA".  If you would like to use Credit Card, please contact Sandy our Accountant/Registrar at sandy@coastalsoundmusic.com.
