The back-to-school assistance program is for public school students who reside in Carter, Johnston, Love, Murray, and Marshall counties.

Families with school-aged children must qualify to receive assistance by sharing income verification documents.

To apply, the parent or guardian must complete this application and send a valid government-issued photo ID and income documentation to the Grace Center.

Students who qualify will receive a $40 supplies voucher to be spent at the Ardmore Staples store and a backpack (while supplies last). There is a limit of 5 vouchers per family/household. If a student attends a district which is providing supplies for students, they are ineligible for the school supplies voucher.
